Anonymous: It is so true that we do not use most of the stuff we learn about in school.
Anonymous: I AGREE! We have so much technology that we can use to look up certain formulas and answers, we do not need to learn Pythagorean theorem unless we go into a field that involves it.
Anonymous: This is true! School is not even about learning anymore, it's about passing and getting good grades.
Anonymous: I agree with this and of course us students are not complaining about getting a good education, but we are not satisfied with the things we are forced to learn. I think everything you learn in elementary school and middle school are perfect the way that they are. In high school there can definitely be some changes that would make students do better and do something they enjoy.
Anonymous: I'm almost 100% sure that if I had the option just to take classes that interested me I would do so much better in school.
Anonymous: Loved the part when the student's eyes light up with math! That's like me, I sit through history and English everyday wishing I wasn't there, but when I go to chemistry and any math class EVERYTHING makes sense and I enjoy it even though there is work that I have to do.
